SCREEN PRINTING
Screen Printing is the most versatile printing methods in the industry and is used worldwide as the number one choice for textile printing. It can be used to print a wide range of fabrics and substrates. Screen printing is highly durable and enables us to provide Pantone colour matching. Screen printing requires specialist machinery, high-quality inks, silks screens and members of skilled staff to print and produce your clothing to a high standard. When printing in large quantities, the cost is very low, which is why we recommend a minimum order of 20 pieces.

EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the process of stitching thread onto fabric to create a design. We take your existing logo and convert it (digitise) into stitches before it can be sewn onto a garment. The machine uses needles that drop up and down, working the threat through the garment. Embroidery is suitable for all types of fabrics and garments.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING (Dye Printing)
Rather than inks, these printers use dyes. The dye is printed on special carrier sheets. Using a combination of intense heat and pressure the dye converts to gases. These gases are absorbed directly into the product being printed to produce a fantastic soft to hand feel.

CAD-CUT VINYL
Vinyl printing involved cutting your design/logo into a special textile vinyl printing material. We cut the design using industrial plotters/cutting machines. It is perfect for printing jersey names and numbers and for printing low volume orders. This method is affordable and quick to produce, when used with high-quality materials, Vinyl printing can be highly durable, which is why Print Addiction only use the best!

CMYW DIGITAL PRINTING
CMYW digital printing works in a similar process to CMYK printing. Instead, this replaces the black ink with white, enabling printing onto dark textiles. The black is then produced as a composite. This method can be used to produce multi-coloured designs comprising of fine detail.

TRANSFER PRINTING
Transfer printing is the process of printing your design or image onto special transferable vinyl. We then transfer the material onto a t-shirt using a commercial heat press. It enables full-colour printing onto dark fabric and can be produced very quickly.
